The Girl Scout Cookie Sale helps girls acquire important life skills such as learning to set goals, handling money responsibly, greeting the public and answering questions, and following through with a commitment. All Brownie-Senior Girl Scouts have an opportunity to participate in the sale.

Community support of the cookie sale contributes to a Girl Scout program that helps girls fulfill their dreams and reach their potential. The sale provides a positive learning experience for girls, helps them fund their activities and also supports locally-based council programs that deliver many opportunities to girls in Macomb County.
